Intrigue upholstered furniture is built with the quality construction you have come to expect from CSI.

  • FIBERBOARD CONSTRUCTION

    All interior and exterior arms and exterior backs are lined with industry standard fiberboard to ensure longevity. Additional fiberboard is applied to the front of the arms to promote precise tailoring.

  • Durable Springs

    All springs are attached with nylon lined steel clips for noise abatement. An additional spring is added to each seat deck end to prevent roll-out. Seats feature two support wires, not the typical one, to provide for uniform comfort throughout the deck.

  • Lasting Foam

    Backs may be constructed using a 1.8 flame retardant contract foam depending on the style. All arm foams or fibers and outside backs are padded and exclusively engineered to perform in commercial use.

  • TaIloring & Sewing

    All covers are precision cut and meticulously placed including matching and centering. Individual parts are back tacked and all stress points are reinforced.

  • Quality Frame Construction

    Base frame rails are precision engineered utilizing cross grain oriented strand board only. All joints are reinforced with miter cut hardwood blocks for maximum stability. Modeled and shaped parts are CNC router cut to insure repetitive accuracy.
