CSI warrants its products to be free from defects in material and workmanship for a period of 10 years, while in normal use in its intended environment. This warranty covers all non-moving parts.  Upholstery, foam and moving parts are warranted for two years.  The warranty offered by CSI is to original end user customers buying product directly from authorized CSI sources.  Warranty is based on users weighing up to 250 pounds.
